Q - What happens if we cannot deliver the product you have requested within the lead-time published on our site.
A - We always keep you informed by email & telephone of any problems incurred in placing or dispatching your order.

Q - Can I pay by cheque?
A - Unfortunately we do not offer this payment option for orders placed on this website. If you want to use this method of payment please call customer services on 0845 838 13 30 or email office@ords.co.uk for advice on how to place your order.

Q - I have credit available on my account, how do I use this for my web order?
A - Please place your order as normal and tick the 'charge to my account' option. You will then be sent the goods without further input from you. If your credit limit has been breached we will contact you by email and telephone to keep you informed of what you need to do to receive your order.

Q - So what if I can't find a product?
A - We may not stock the product at present or it may be discontinued. Please use the contact us tab and email us with a description of the product and we will endeavour to find the product for you and will contact you within 4 (working day) hours with our answer.

Q - I think a product is described wrongly, what should I do?
A - Please go to the contact us tab and email sales with a description of the error and the relevant code. We will correct the error as soon as we possibly can. We thank you for your assistance.
